Statement of Service
New Ambitions offers adults aged 20+ a high quality, impartial careers guidance service that has been accredited through ENTO to the national quality standards on learning and work: "matrix". Our Aim is to help adults to make well informed career decisions, so that they can achieve their full potential in their working lives.

What Services do we offer?
- Individual Careers Guidance Interviews. We will discuss your individual needs, look at the range of options open to you and help you to plan your next steps forward. Where appropriate we may use Computer Aided Guidance Programs to help you identify career options.
- CV Development Interviews. We will discuss your skills and experience and help you develop an effective CV. We will also produce the finished article if required and make copies available to you. The CV Development interview also includes career guidance.
What can you expect from us?
- An appointment within 10 working days
- A service that is absolutely confidential, unbiased and centred on your needs
- Up to date, accurate and comprehensive information on education, training and employment opportunities
- Help from a professionally qualified adviser, holding either the Qualification in Careers Guidance or the NVQ 4 in Guidance
What can we expect from you?
- Openness and honesty to enable us to give you the best possible information, advice and guidance related to your needs
- To come prepared with any relevant information to make the most of your meeting with an adviser
Who can use our services?
- Any adult aged 20+ regardless of race, gender, ability or employment status
- Information can be provided in alternative formats to meet the needs of clients with disabilities
How much time will it take?
- When you request information over the telephone or by e-mail we will send it to you within three working days
- If you require a one to one Guidance Interview or CV Development appointment , we will aim to offer you this within ten working days
