Curriculum Development
Connexions have Education Curriculum Advisers (ECAs)
They work with staff in schools and Connexions Personal Advisers to support the curriculum.
They work in set Local Education Authority Areas. Contact the ECA for your area.
- Education Curriculum Advisers ECAs support the quality improvement of the Personal Development Curriculum through consultancy and training with school staff.
- This supports schools in the legal requirement to provide a Careers Education and Guidance programme for years 7-11 which helps young people to become effective career planners.
- Quality CEG and IAG are also crucial to the success of the new emerging 14-19 education landscape.
- A range of support and short courses can be delivered. Bespoke courses and one to one advice and support is also available.
