How to use your local Connexions Centre to help yourself
In your local Connexions Centre there is a Resource Area with PCs that you can use, a reference library and free leaflets.
The PCs have software loaded that can help you find out about different kinds of work and help you decide what sorts of work you would prefer to do.
They are also connected to the Internet, to allow you to find out about issues that affect your life (work, education, training, health, relationships, money, your rights, etc.).
The Resource Library books and booklets (in case you want research something in greater depth) and leaflets on the same wide range of issues.
The information is organised into four groups:
General

- Your Health
- Relationships Your Rights
Occupational
Organised into groups of jobs, for example:
- Building & Construction
- Catering & Hospitality
- Healthcare
- Performing Arts
