Connexions Direct Advisers are here to listen and won't judge you and are available to talk to from 8am to 2am, 7 days a week.

All calls to Connexions Direct are free from a landline and an adviser will ring you back on your mobile.

Our advisers:

• Will never press you to give your name or personal details
• Will not share any information about you outside Connexions Direct unless we think you or another young person are in danger or at risk
• Will tell you if we think you are in danger or at risk and will offer you lots of support
• Will, if you wish, share your information with specialist organisations who can help you further
