Celebration Event 14 to 16 school link program Hugh Baird College Sefton 
A celebration event was organised for young people who had completed two years on the Hugh Baird College 14-16 school link programme.
It was held on the 19th June at Bootle Town Hall.
The Principal of the college Doctor Jette Burford presented the students with certificates and certain students received prizes for best student in a particular subject.
These included, Woodwork, Engineering, Motor Vehicle, IT, Art and design, Hairdressing and Beauty.
Special recognition awards were sponsored by Greater Merseyside Connexions and Aim Higher.
Thomas Davies received the Connexions award from Rob Piper, Connexions Team Manager for Bootle.
Joanne Vallance the School Link Administrator, who organised the event, said she was very proud of all the students and that the event was a success in celebrating the achievements of these young people.
